Sara Goudarzi holds an M.A. in journalism from New York University and has published more than 300 articles. Her non-fiction and poetry have appeared in National Geographic NewsSpace.comthe Christian Science MonitorCNN.com, The Adirondack Review, and Drunken Boat, among others. Sara is an avid performer of poetry and is currently working on a first novel.

Joshua Korenblat is a writer, artist, and educator. He has been published in an array of print and online magazines, including the Communication Arts Illustration Annual, National Geographic Magazine, and Smithsonian Magazine. He has a Masters degree in creative writing from Johns Hopkins University.

Fayre Makeig is a poet and translator whose work has appeared in the Western Humanities Review and is upcoming in Two Lines. In 2009 she won a Pen Translation Fund Grant for the selected free verse of contemporary Iranian poet Hushang Ebtehaj. Fayre holds a BA in English from Yale University and is finishing work toward an MFA in writing at Columbia University. She lives with her husband, the sculptor Prem Makeig, in Brooklyn, NY. Past homes include Washington, DC; Arizona; and Maharashtra, India.

Lisa Preston recently published a children’s picture book entitled Me and Bear, Bear and Me and is working on her first novel. She was previously a marketing executive for MTV and The Sci-Fi Channel.

Anthony Rhoades is a New York City photographer and photo manipulator for advertising. His work can be seen on www.rhoadesfoto.com.
